THack São Paulo is Tnooz's first stop in South America for it's global travel hackathon series.

Developers are invited to create web-based and mobile apps that improve the searching, shopping, traveling and sharing user experience.

Developer team must take on one or more of four challenges:

Inspiration, discovery, memories – Create an application that helps travelers decide where to go and how to share their experiences and journeys.
São Paulo mobile guide – With the 2016 Olympic Games coming, build a mobile application that helps travelers engage with activities in São Paulo and throughout Brazil. Your application should help navigate challenging issues that include personal transport, public transportation, crime and personal safety.
Accommodation finder – Hotel? Hostel? Home-sharing? Build a recommendation engine for personalized accommodations for any traveler's style and budget.
Route planner – Create an travel application for transportation choices that are time-efficient, cost-effective or creatively scenic ... or all of the above.
